Full Arch Dental Implants with Photogrammetry

A More Precise, Comfortable, and Predictable Way to Restore Your Smile

Replacing an entire arch of missing or failing teeth is a life-changing decision. At Clark Oral & Facial Surgery, we use advanced photogrammetry technology to plan and deliver full arch dental implant restorations with exceptional accuracy, comfort, and long-term stability.

This cutting-edge approach allows us to digitally capture the exact position of your dental implants, resulting in a better-fitting prosthesis, fewer adjustments, and a smoother overall treatment experience.

What Is Photogrammetry in Dental Implants?

Photogrammetry is an advanced digital technology that uses high-resolution imaging to precisely record the three-dimensional position and angulation of each dental implant.

Instead of relying on traditional impressions or approximation, photogrammetry captures implant data with micron-level accuracy, allowing your final restoration to be fabricated with an exact fit.

Photogrammetry Treament Plan

1. Data Collection

3D imaging, intra-oral scanning and clinical photos, design custom teeth and surgical guides that ensure the highest level of accuracy possible.

2. Dental Lab Fabrication

Using digital data to fabricate surgical guides, temporary teeth, and eventual final teeth. This process can take up to 4 weeks before surgery.

3. Surgery

Remove teeth, place dental implants and graft bone where needed.

4. Delivery of Temporary Teeth

Your restoring dentist will deliver your temporary teeth usually within 24 hours after surgery.

5. Final Data Collection

This step is performed at your restoring dentist office. Designing and final teeth are completed and delivered at your dentist office.

6. Delivery of Final Teeth

This is usually 4-6 months after surgery, ensuring your bone and
soft tissues are fully healed. Your restorative dentist will complete this step.

Collaboration with Restoring Dentist

We work directly with your restoring dentist to deliver a smooth, predictable full arch implant experience. After implant placement, temporary teeth are delivered so you can function and smile confidently during healing.

Once healing is complete, we collect final implant data using advanced photogrammetry and share it with your restoring dentist to create your final teeth with exceptional accuracy. This collaborative, technology-driven approach reduces adjustments, improves fit, and helps deliver a long-lasting final result.

There are generally three steps to the implant placement recovery process: immediate, short-term, and long-term. The following is a detailed description of each stage.

Immediate Recovery

Immediately after the dental implant procedure, you will experience some swelling and mild discomfort. This is to be expected and is normal. You will likely be given pain medication to help ease any discomfort you may feel. It is important to keep the area clean and to avoid touching the area where the post was placed.

Short-term Recovery

Your gums will be swollen for a few days after the procedure. During this time, you may not be able to eat or brush your teeth as normal, but try to stick with soft foods that are easy to chew. You can also rinse around the implant site with warm salt water to help keep it clean. Be careful not to disturb the implant site. If you do, it could increase your chances of developing an infection.

Long Term Recovery

The final step in the implant placement recovery process is long-term healing. During this time, you will need to be especially careful with your oral hygiene. Be sure to brush and floss your teeth regularly, and visit us for follow-up appointments. We will check the implant site to make sure it is healing properly and that there are no signs of infection.
